Seta brings a wealth of expertise in marketing and communications, with a strong track record in sales and brand management across various industries. Holding an undergraduate degree in Business Management, majoring in Marketing and Communications, she hasdeveloped a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market strategies.
Yasmine Azraq
Service Coordinator
With over 8 years of experience managing a successful real estate office. Yasmine brings a wealth of expertise in leadership, strategy, and customer service to our team. Yasmine also has hands-on experience in construction finishing. Her in-depth knowledge of the final stages of construction and the design process ensures that she can provide valuable insights into the details that make a property stand out. Yasmine is responsible for managing projects, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the highest standard of quality.
Daniel Wilczewski
Site Super
Daniel has over four years of experience working in the new-build construction industry. Daniel is responsible for monitoring and executing the project construction plan according to schedule which involves collaborating with the project team daily, scheduling and attending all building and consultant inspections, daily site walks, meetings and updates, sending out tenders, creating contracts and amendments and coordination post construction deficiencies and services.
Amin Ahmed, CPA, CA
Head of Finance
Amin Ahmed is the Director of Finance and Administration of Lifelong Developments and is a seasoned finance and real estate executive with over 15 years of experiences. Prior to joining Lifelong, Amin held various roles at Mattamy Homes, North America’s largest private homebuilder, with a scope that included overseeing low-rise and mid-rise project budgets in excess of $100M annually and ensuring the financial health of large residential developments across GTA sites including Pickering, Barrie, Mississauga, Oakville and Milton. Amin was also responsible for managing a team that supported the customer care and warranty functions to ensure a superior homeowner experience

Absar is a seasoned construction and real estate executive with extensive hands-on experience in residential development and homebuilding. Since 2010, he has led land acquisitions, entitlements, and construction management, overseeing projects from concept to completion. As a licensed homebuilder since 2017, he has worked as a Site Supervisor, Project Manager, and Construction Manager, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control across all phases of development. Under his leadership, Lifelong’s portfolio has expanded significantly, integrating advanced building techniques to enhance sustainability and profitability.
